Microsoft has a KB article announcing Cumulative Update 5 For SQL Server 2005 SP2, which will be released in the December 2007 time frame. Right now, the latest released CU is CU4, which is Build 3200. The previous CU before that was CU3, which is Build 3186.
We have had very good results in our x64 production environment since we installed Build 3186.
