SQL Server 2008 R2 (a.k.a. Kilimanjaro) Announced

During the TechEd 2009 Keynote on May 12, Microsoft started talking publicly about SQL Server 2008 R2, which is due to be released in the first half of 2010, probably to coincide with the Office 2010 release. The R2 release is focused pretty heavily on Business Intelligence (BI), but is there are also some multi-server management enhancements on tap for non-BI workloads.
